Heybison uses PayPal to accept credit card payments and other transfer options through Paypal. The Heybison shopping cart and checkout system are set up through PayPal.(You do not need a Paypal account to pay with a credit card through Paypal).

For your own protection, your billing name and address must match the credit card used for payment, and all credit card payments must be from a u.s. bank. We reserve the right to cancel orders not meeting these requirements.

When to expect your items
Heybison ships items one to two times every week. Orders generally will go out 5-10 days after they are placed. Sometimes, they will go out sooner depending on the week's volume. Generally, you can expect your order to reach you about 1 to 2 weeks after it was placed.


We try our best to describe the products as accurately as possible and strive to make each piece the best it can be, but the handmade nature of our products mean that there might be slight differences from piece to piece. Happy customers is what we strive for, so let us know within 5 days from the day you have received your order if you'd like to return an item, and we'll e-mail detailed instructions. please note that shipping charges are not refundable.
